A deputy responding to a 9-1-1 hang-up call encountered an individual walking along the roadway. The person displayed signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming alcohol. Ismar Carrizosa Vallejos, 31, of Fredericksburg, was charged with public intoxication and held until sober.
