The investigation into the previous night’s disturbance continued when deputies located five suspects who had recently left the area. A traffic stop and subsequent searches uncovered firearms, narcotics, cash, and a scale. Investigators determined that one firearm had been stolen, another had its serial number removed, and a third contained an autosear.
Kleymer Diaz Chicas, 19, of Alexandria, and Anibok Addison Simms, 18, of Alexandria, were charged with multiple felony offenses, including possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute, firearm-related offenses, grand larceny of a firearm, and possession of an autosear.
Anner Chaves, 19, of Alexandria, and Musa Turay, 19, of Dumfries, were charged with similar offenses involving narcotics distribution and firearms.
Chase McKnight, 19, of Alexandria, was charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to distribute along with several firearm-related offenses.
All five suspects were held without bond.
