A Fredericksburg man was arrested after deputies investigated an assault following an argument on Warrenton Road.
According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, the victim reported that an argument escalated when the suspect pushed them. Deputies observed visible marks on the victim consistent with the reported assault.
When questioned by deputies, the suspect admitted to pushing the victim.
The suspect, identified as 57-year-old Randall Hulburt of Fredericksburg, was arrested and charged with assault and battery. He was later released on an unsecured bond.
