Deputies arrested a Stafford woman for public intoxication following a disturbance call on Providence Street.
According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, the woman initially denied consuming alcohol before later changing her account. Deputies observed signs of impairment, including an odor of alcohol and an unsteady balance.
Kadijah Hix, 53, of Stafford, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
