A reckless driving complaint led deputies to arrest a Fredericksburg man on multiple charges.
Authorities said the vehicle was observed failing to maintain its lane before a traffic stop was conducted. The driver showed signs of impairment and later provided a breath sample that allegedly exceeded the legal limit. Empty alcoholic beverage containers were also found inside the vehicle. Jorge Salas Arias, 48, of Fredericksburg, was charged with third-offense driving under the influence, drinking while operating a motor vehicle, and a traffic lane violation. He was held without bond.
