An 18-year-old Stafford man was arrested following a shoplifting investigation at Target in Stafford Marketplace.
Deputy Gutshall responded after receiving information that the suspect had allegedly shoplifted from the store on previous occasions over the past several months. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the suspect admitted to stealing the items when contacted by the deputy.
Anthony Segovia, 18, of Stafford, was arrested and charged with 12 counts of shoplifting. He was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
