A disturbance at the Super 8 motel on Warrenton Road led to the arrest of a Fredericksburg man, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
The motel manager reportedly wanted individuals removed from the property after a disturbance. When a deputy arrived, one of the individuals made contact with him and displayed signs of impairment, including glassy eyes and an odor of alcohol on his breath.
Robert Rivera, 42, of Fredericksburg, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
