STAFFORD, VA — A 27-year-old Dumfries woman was arrested after deputies responded to a disturbance on Centreport Parkway.
The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office said deputies received information that a suspect was being threatening. When a deputy made contact with the woman, she allegedly displayed signs of impairment, including glassy eyes, slurred speech, an unsteady balance and the odor of alcohol on her breath.
Deputies identified the woman as Destinee Gordon, 27, of Dumfries. Gordon was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
She was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
