A disturbance at a Marathon gas station on Richmond Highway resulted in a public intoxication arrest Wednesday morning.
The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy responded after receiving information that a man was outside the business displaying suspicious behavior. When the deputy made contact with him, the man allegedly showed signs of impairment, including profuse sweating, pinpoint pupils and slurred speech.
Charles Stanley, 53, of Stafford, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
