A disturbance at the Candlewood Suites on Richmond Highway resulted in a public intoxication arrest.
A Stafford County Sheriff’s deputy responded and contacted the suspect, who allegedly displayed signs of impairment including slurred speech, unsteady balance and an odor of alcohol.
Tahari Turk, 27, of Stafford, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Turk was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
