An erratic driver complaint on White Oak Road resulted in an arrest after Stafford County authorities said narcotics and drug paraphernalia were found inside the vehicle.
A deputy contacted the driver and observed signs of impairment. Field sobriety tests were administered before the driver was arrested.
Authorities said narcotics and drug paraphernalia were discovered in the vehicle and that the driver later admitted to using narcotics earlier that day.
Charles Biagi Jr., 40, of Charlotte Hall, Maryland, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
