A 56-year-old Fredericksburg man was arrested following a disturbance on Windsor Ridge Court in Stafford County.
Deputy Oloye responded to the location and separated the individuals involved in the dispute.
According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, deputies determined that an argument had occurred and that one of the individuals subsequently followed the other person in a vehicle.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Shane Meisner, 56, of Fredericksburg.
Meisner was charged with disorderly conduct and released with a summons.
