A 61-year-old Stafford man was charged with drinking alcohol in public following a suspicious-person complaint at a Wawa convenience store on Eustace Road.
Deputy Ramos of the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the location and observed the man drinking from an open alcoholic beverage in a public area.
The deputy subsequently arrested the man on a charge of drinking alcohol in public.
According to the sheriff’s office, the man was released on a summons.
His name was not provided in the incident report.
