A 39-year-old Maryland man was arrested for driving under the influence after Fredericksburg police received a report of a Toyota sedan swerving between traffic lanes on Fall Hill Avenue.
The Fredericksburg E-911 Communications Center received a call reporting the vehicle’s erratic driving. Officer Funez, who was in the area, located the Toyota in the parking lot of an Extended Stay hotel.
When the officer approached the vehicle, the engine was still running, and Cesar Santos Ulloa, 39, of Riverdale, Maryland, was seated behind the wheel.
Following an investigation into the reported driving behavior, Santos Ulloa was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and an open container violation.
Santos Ulloa was transported to Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he was held on a $2,500 bond.
