Deputy K.F. Bierfeldt observed a vehicle with jerky movements as it had difficulty maintaining the lane of travel. Deputy Bierfeldt conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver. The driver had signs of intoxication, admitted to consuming six beers before getting behind the wheel, and an illegal window tint. He was charged with driving under the influence, refusal, a traffic lane violation, and excessive window tint. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
