Deputies responded to an intoxicated person’s call. The suspect, actively lying in the grass and vomiting, had extreme signs of intoxication. Due to his highly intoxicated state, he was taken to Stafford Hospital, located at 101 Hospital Center Boulevard. On October 12th at approximately 1:30 a.m., it was advised that the same suspect had left the hospital in an attempt to walk home. The same deputies would make contact with him again and, this time, charge him with public intoxication. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
