Deputy R.A. Kehoe observed a Hyundai make an illegal left turn from Garrisonville Road to Salisbury Drive. The poor driving behavior continued as the driver was having a hard time maintaining the lane of travel. Deputy Kehoe conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who had signs of intoxication. The driver must have had the munchies, for he advised he just came from McDonald’s, yet his GPS was taking him to a local Wendy’s. The driver’s destination was recalculated to Rappahannock Regional Jail where he was charged with driving under the influence, refusal, and two counts of traffic lane violations. He was held until sober.
