The naughty Nissan driver trend continues on Warrenton Road. Deputy A.J. Charoenthep made contact with a driver of a Nissan Altima on the side of the road when he observed a bottle of Don Julio in plain view. The driver had signs of intoxication, admitted to consuming “About two shots,” and was in possession of a firearm. He was charged with driving under the influence and carrying a firearm while intoxicated. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $2,500 secured bond.
