Sergeant J.T. Forman was in the area when he observed Virginia State Police in an active pursuit. Without hesitation, Sergeant Forman, as well as First Sergeant N. Zotos, responded to assist in the pursuit. With their assistance, and a civilian driver, a modified rolling road block was conducted to stop the fleeing SUV. The driver was taken into custody by Virginia State Police.
