Deputy D.S. Jett responded to a vandalism. The victim advised a known male refused to return her phone, but when he eventually did, it was broken. Deputy Jett observed the fractured phone and made contact with the suspect. The suspect admitted to throwing the phone down because he “was real irritated.” His irritated tyranny would earn him a warrant for felony destruction of property. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $1,000 secured bond.
