Deputy S.C. Steinway responded to a hit and run. The victim advised he was traveling northbound on White Oak Road on his electric bicycle when he was struck by a black sedan. The suspect vehicle would flee onto Greenway Street. Deputy Steinway canvassed the area and located a black sedan with damage and paint transfer consistent with the crash. The driver advised he was not aware that he hit someone, but was willing to take responsibility. A warrant for misdemeanor hit and run was obtained. The victim only received minor injuries.
