12/13/24 10:34 p.m. Deputy T.W. Jenkins responded to a disturbance. The caller advised a male, who was acting “weird,” was asking around for the best place to buy cocaine. Deputy Jenkins located the cocaine fan and discovered he was in an intoxicated state. He was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
