Deputy S.A. Edwards responded to an intoxicated person report. Multiple callers advised they observed a male stumble into the roadway before taking a small tumble into a nearby ditch. Deputy Edwards located the suspect and discovered him to in fact be intoxicated. He was charged with public intoxication and was held at Rappahannock Regional jail until sober.
