Deputy K.F. Bierfeldt located a vehicle parked sideways in a ditch. The driver, after waking up from her nap, was observed to have signs of intoxication, admitted to consuming beer, and three empty Bug Light cans were located within the vehicle. The driver would ask multiple times if she “was in trouble.” If you have to ask, the answer is probably yes. The driver was charged with driving under the influence, drinking while driving, and refusal. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $3,000 secured bond.
