Deputy T.R.D. Berry responded to a Holly hiccup. It was advised that a known female assaulted the victim after consuming “five shots” of vodka. By the time deputies arrived, the suspect was outside the residence with her signs of intoxication on full display for the public. She was charged with assault and battery, as well as, public intoxication. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
