Deputy M.N. Sayegh responded to yet another unfortunate Uber situation. The Uber driver advised his passenger was on the hood of his vehicle and refused to get off. Deputy Sayegh made contact with the suspect, who advised he was “definitely still drunk,” though that was pretty apparent by the signs of intoxication and his shirt being inside out. He was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
