1/20/25 6:54 p.m. Deputy W.A. Bolinsky responded to a disturbance. It was advised a female was in the streets yelling. Deputy Bolinsky was quickly able to locate the suspect and made contact with her. The suspect, in an intoxicated and irate state, blamed everything on a male that wasn’t on scene and in frustration, began assaulting Deputy Bolinsky’s cruiser. She was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
