Deputy C.D. Quebedeaux responded to yet another drunk driver complaint. During rush hour, a Honda was “all over the road” and even had a hard time staying on the road. Deputy Quebedeaux located the all-terrain driver and made contact with him. Based on his signs of intoxication, admission to consuming alcoholic beverages, and the open case of beer in his vehicle, it was clear he shouldn’t be driving on any terrain. He was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content above .2. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
