Deputy I.E. Baldi responded to an unknown problem. The caller advised there was a male laying under some trees. Deputy Baldi located the bush being and noticed he had signs of intoxication. Considering he could not recall how he ended up there, deputies charged him with public intoxication and transported him to Rappahannock Regional Jail. He was held until sober.
