Deputy F.C. O’Neill responded to a disturbance. A male suspect, who was recently featured in a different disturbance at the same location, had returned. The suspect was yelling at staff about a refund. While dealing with the situation, Deputy O’Neill discovered the suspect was in violation of a protective order obtained during the last disturbance. The suspect was charged with violation of a protective order and was released by the magistrate on personal recognizance.
