An argument between inmates at the Rappahannock Regional Jail turned physical when one inmate smacked a coffee cup out of another’s hand, leading to a fight.
The aggressor in the altercation was transported to a hospital with minor injuries. Authorities obtained a warrant for assault and battery against him.
