A deputy stopped a vehicle with no tail lights and discovered a 16-year-old behind the wheel.
The underage driver had no license but did have the strong smell of marijuana on him. After field sobriety tests, he was charged with DUI, driving without tail lights, and driving without a license. He was released to a responsible adult.
