A juvenile was caught on security cameras kicking in a door frame on James Madison Circle. Deputy A.E. Epps responded to the incident and identified the suspect, who admitted he was playing “ding-dong ditch.” A criminal complaint for destruction of property was filed, and the juvenile was released to his unhappy mother.
