Jorja Kenzleigh White, 21, of Stafford, was taken into custody for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  

Donald Nichelson Jr., 42, of Stafford, was charged with shoplifting and concealing merchandise under $200.  

Cliff Nelson Harris, 51, of Orange, was arrested for a misdemeanor hit and run causing property damage.  

Johnathon Lee Powell, 36, of Staunton, was charged with grand larceny involving auto theft.  

Courtney Eugene Allen, 43, of Stafford, was taken into custody for recognizance revoked/failure to abide by conditions of release.  

Kevin Alexis Hernandez, 18, of Prince William, was arrested for shoplifting and concealing merchandise valued under $200.  

Jessica Emily Ayala, 23, of Hanover, was charged with failure to comply with a court order.  

Easton Raso Lowe, 25, of Stafford, was arrested for failure to comply with a court order.  

Michael Anthony Hamilton, 33, of Stafford, was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with a court order.  

Shane Lee Irvine, 50, of Richmond, was taken into custody for failure to comply with a court order.
