Duane Graves, 58, of Fredericksburg was arrested for trespassing on City property.

Mostafa Hassan Fathy Ha Mostafa, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, concealment, and price alteration of merchandise under $200.  

Carrell Duntae Baskerville, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting, including concealing or altering the price of merchandise under $200.  

Josemaria Rodriguez, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested for destruction of property, specifically monuments, with damage valued under $1,000.  

Noah Dennis White, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for making, selling, possessing, or giving a controlled substance or imitation substance.  

Austin Tyler Kile, 29, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.  

Stephen Rex III Ennis, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested after his recognizance was revoked for failure to abide by conditions of release.

Sean Michael Slattery, 41, of Fluvanna was arrested for failure to comply with a court order.  

Tony Darrell Jr. Barner, 21, of Hanover was taken into custody on a charge of forging and uttering.  

Chaz Antonio Staples, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested for failure to comply with a court order.
