Aaron Nathan Heid, 48, of Fredericksburg, was arrested twice—once for obstructing justice (a misdemeanor) and again for abduction and kidnapping.  

Vincent Walter Neal Jr., 50, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for driving under the influence (1st offense).

Christopher Anderson Mercer, 50, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for driving on a suspended or revoked license.  

Danilo Sebast De Los Reyes Sabalza, 27, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for driving with a revoked license due to an alcohol-related offense.  

Darrell Cole, 49, of Stafford, was arrested for obtaining drugs by fraud.  

Denzell Blair Boxley, 32, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge related to a warrant or summons from an outside agency.  

Brittany Samantha Spann, 31, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for shoplifting and altering merchandise priced under $200.

Alexie Nicole Lee, 19, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for assault and battery of a family member.  

Dartanyon Asantae Dowling, 24, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon (1st offense).  

James Francis Harrington, 68, of King George, was arrested for shoplifting and altering merchandise priced under $200.
