Jennifer Abigail Combs, 43, of Stafford, was arrested for petit larceny.  

Megan Lynn Williams, 37, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for driving under the influence (1st offense).  

Gina Lynn Bowman, 63, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for shoplifting and altering merchandise priced under $200.  

Amilcar Isaias Xol Cucul, 20, of Spotsylvania, was arrested for drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

John Paul Scruggs, 30, of Spotsylvania, was arrested for contempt of court.  

Keisha Latrelle Rice, 47, of Stafford, was arrested for violating a protective order.  

Nilson Javier Guevara Leon, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for having his recognizance revoked and failing to follow release conditions.
