Joshua Michael Leopardas, 18, of Fredericksburg, was charged with misdemeanor obstruction of justice.

Bruce III Teixeira, 31, of Fredericksburg, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.  

Christian Elijah Dias, 27, of Fredericksburg, was charged with the sale and distribution of marijuana under ½ oz.

Tuyet Mai Thi Bui, 50, of Hanover, was arrested for shoplifting and altering merchandise under $200.

Dawson Wyatt Moore, 27, of Louisa, was arrested for assault and battery against a family member.

Donta Delino Marquice Syphax, 35, of Fredericksburg, was also arrested on a separate charge of misdemeanor obstruction of justice.

Freddie Martin Jr. Carter, 39, of Hanover, was arrested on a contempt of court charge.

Chaz Antonio Staples, 32, of Spotsylvania, was arrested for failure to comply with a court order.

Paul Eugene Daniels, 41, of Spotsylvania, faced two charges—failure to comply with a court order and operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license

Benjamin Edward Kidwell, 33, of Henrico, was arrested for failing to comply with a court order.
