Cheyenne Ciara Marie Padgett, 29, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with a court order.  

Shane Benard Langley, 65, of Prince William, was arrested on a charge of recognizance revoked/failure to abide by conditions of release.  

Mary Cabell Silvey, 65, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.
