Carraway, Ashleigh Danielle, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested on two charges of contempt of court.  

Sullivan, Ashleigh Lauren, 30, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Hill, Tier Shantae, 36, of Norfolk was arrested on a charge of grand larceny.
