Deputies arrested a man following a disturbance at the Woodsprings Suites on Corporate Drive.
Authorities said the victim reported being threatened before the suspect allegedly damaged their vehicle, leading to a physical altercation. Witnesses confirmed the events, and deputies noted the suspect showed signs of intoxication. Olivier Koffi, 23, was arrested and charged with assault and battery as well as public intoxication. He was held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
