Deputy J.A. Albright responded to an assault. It was advised the victim and suspect were engaged in a conversation while drinking. The conversation escalated when the suspect assaulted the victim. The assault was witnessed and captured on camera. The suspect was charged with assault and battery, as well as, strangulation. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond. 1/25/25 11:53 p.m.
