An evening dispute on High Water Place escalated into violence when a disgruntled neighbor confronted construction workers in the area. The confrontation, which began as a verbal argument over the ongoing work, turned physical when the neighbor allegedly assaulted one of the workers. Deputy I.E. Baldi responded to the scene and charged the suspect with assault and battery. The individual was later released on personal recognizance by a magistrate.
