Deputies responded to an attempted larceny after a resident discovered damage to their vehicle.
The driver’s side door handle had been broken, and a nearby vehicle sustained similar damage. It is believed the suspect attempted to gain entry into the vehicles but was unsuccessful.
The investigation remains ongoing.
