A man was caught skip scanning items—especially bacon and boxed wine—at Walmart. Staff reported the theft in progress. The suspect, also wanted out of Petersburg for a capias, was arrested on the outstanding warrant and charged with shoplifting. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
