Deputy S. A. Fulford responded to an alarm at City Mart and found a door had been damaged by a concrete block. Surveillance footage helped identify a suspect, who was later found nearby and taken into custody without incident. Ruddy Sejas, 35, of Stafford, was charged with attempted breaking and entering, felony vandalism, and public intoxication. He is being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
