Early morning tension unfolded when a man forcibly entered an apartment at the Woodbridge Station complex. After being confronted by residents, the man fled and attempted to break into another unit on an upper floor, only to be met again by a resident. He jumped from a balcony and escaped. Later that morning, officers found the suspect after responding to a suspicious person report nearby. Jose Eli Orellana Dubon, 31, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with burglary and attempted burglary. He is being held without bond.
