Location: Cliff Circle, Stafford VA

A verbal disagreement over a car seat escalated into violence on Cliff Circle. Deputy A.M. Olivera responded to the scene and determined that one party had assaulted the other during the argument. The suspect was arrested and charged with assault and battery. He is currently being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
