Humphrey, Jonathan Andrew, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of petit larceny.

Gough-Mammadov, Alisia Jacqueline, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of forging, uttering.  

Lucas, Roger Nathaniel, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of warrant/summons service – outside agency.  

Rosales De La Torre, Benito Isreal, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of violate protective orders.  

Hunt, Christian Jeremy II, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of drinking while operating motor vehicle.
