Arrests

Amilcar Isaias Xol Cucul, 20, of Spotsylvania, was arrested for drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

John Paul Scruggs, 30, of Spotsylvania, was arrested for contempt of court.  

Keisha Latrelle Rice, 47, of Stafford, was arrested for violating a protective order.  

Nilson Javier Guevara Leon, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for having his recognizance revoked and failing to follow release conditions.  

Giovan Alexis Soriano, 28, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for contempt of court.

Scott Eugene Grooms Jr., 41, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance.  

Corey Justin Moore, 33, of Stafford, was arrested for shoplifting, specifically concealing or altering merchandise priced under $200.  

Darrell Lamar Thompson, 37, of Fredericksburg, was also arrested for failure to comply with a support obligation and on a separate occasion for a warrant/summons

James Lawrence Schiavone, 63, of Henrico, was arrested for failure to comply with a court order.

Fred Lawrence Williams III, 59, of Fredericksburg, was arrested twice — once for contempt of court and again for possession of a Schedule I or
